Dr Robert McHenry, MA, D.Phil. (BA Belf.)
The chief research field of the College Lecturer, Dr Robert McHenry, MA, D.Phil. (BA Belf.), is in Occupational Psychology, with a particular interest in Psychology at work, including job selection procedures, psychometric testing and the assessment and development of potential. He teaches Individual Differences, a course about the inheritance, neurophysiology, psychology and measurement of human personality, intelligence and motivation. Robert has been a member of the Council of the British Psychological Society and is a past Chair of its Division of Occupational Psychology. He is currently Chairman & CEO of OPP Ltd, a company based in Oxford and offering psychometric tests, consultancy and training throughout Europe and the USA.
