Exploring Oxford Days

Exploring Oxford dayExploring Oxford Days provide a general introduction to Oxford University including meeting current students, a future planning activity, eating in a college hall and visiting the Oxford Botanic Gardens. From 2012, these events are run collaboratively with St Hilda's College and so pupils will get a chance to visit two Oxford Colleges and meet current students from both. Each event will run from 10.30am to 3pm, and is targeted at year 10, 11 and 12 students in state schools in Dudley, Kensington and Chelsea, Richmond-upon-Thames, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Worcestershire and St Hilda's link region of Surrey. Forty student places are available on each day, with a maximum of ten from each school. Places are reserved for students who:

  • Have or are predicted at least 5 A or A* grades at GCSE
  • Are interested in applying to university, without necessarily being certain about Oxford.
