Mr Achim Harzheim

DPhil Candidate in Materials

Achim graduated cum laude from Harvard University in 2016 with a BA in Physics and a secondary in Economics.

During his undergraduate degree, he studied electrostatically defined PN-junctions fabricated in hBN/bilayer Graphene/hBN Van der Waals heterostructures.

Research interests

Achim’s current research interests focuses on the thermoelectric properties of carbon nanostructures.
