Student Event Booking Form

Please refer to the handbook and events policy for guidance. Once you have completed this form, it will be emailed to the Junior Deans for review. The Deans will notify you by email if your event is approved, and you can then email the lodge with your booking details (and bring them any required deposit). For more details on Room booking, please refer to the Handbook, or visit the Deans during Deans Hours.

All room bookings requests will need to be submitted at least 72 hours before the start of the event.
