Salary: £28,000 per annum
Oriel College is looking to recruit a Food Services Supervisor to join our busy Hall/SCR Team.
Under the direction of the Butler and Deputy Butler you will be responsible for the supervision and service of all meals served to Fellows, Lectures, Student, Staff, special dinners, conferences and private functions, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard and delivered with a professional approach. Duties will include supervision of the Food Services Assistants, Casual and Agency staff and monitoring stock levels.
We require someone with experience in the catering industry. You will be able to problem solve and think clearly under pressure. Good computer skills are also required.
You will be expected to work 40 hours per week and this will include evenings and weekends with two days off usually given per week.
