Matthew supports the management of the college’s housekeeping, domestic services, security, food and beverage, and conference and event operations. He also collaborates closely with the senior management team on cross-departmental projects to ensure seamless operations.
Matthew was the Domestic Bursar at St. Antony’s College for 7.5 years where he oversaw general estate management and overall operations. His background includes managing general facilities and hospitality business management in various prestigious venues across Oxford, Cambridge, London, and most recently, the Solent Forts in Portsmouth.
