Mrs Margaret Jones

I joined Oriel as Treasurer in 2021, having previously been CEO of the Cyber Security Challenge UK Ltd and before that Director Finance and Corporate Services, Royal Botanic Gardens and Centennial Parklands, Sydney.

At Oriel, I lead a Senior Management Team that oversees many different areas of College life, including (but not limited to):

• day-to-day financial matters and the College’s endowment
• catering, conferences and domestic services
• human resources
• the maintenance and enhancement of our historic buildings
• IT support and infrastructure

Collaborating with the Provost and Fellows of the College, my aim is to ensure that Oriel continues to thrive, helping to create cohesive and engaged community that enjoys and benefits from their time at the College.
