In light of the UK government’s recent commitment to a “full, trans-inclusive ban on conversion practices”, this year the David N. Lyon lecture will bring together an esteemed panel who will discuss the topic from both a national and global perspective.
Our panel, chaired by Professor Tim Soutphommasane, Chief Diversity Officer at the University of Oxford, will speak on “Banning LGBTQ+ Conversion Practices; UK and Global Perspectives” More information on our panellists can be found below.
The talk will be held at Oxford’s Convocation House. Places are complimentary but strictly limited so please book early to avoid disappointment. If you are unable to join in person, we will be recording the event – please select the “online” ticket option to receive a copy of this.
