The annual International Women’s Day Dinner, run by the Oriel Women’s Network, will take place on Friday 14 March. This year the dinner will mark the start of our celebrations for the 40th anniversary of the admission of female students to Oriel in 1985.
Alumnae and current students are warmly welcomed for drinks in Hall from 6.30pm, followed by dinner in the Senior Library. After dinner we will hear from alumna Sara Snell (1985), who is one of our first cohort of women. To read more about the history of Oriel’s women make sure to read the latest issue of Floreat.
Tickets for the dinner are priced at £15 for current students, and £25 for alumnae and include a sparkling wine reception and three course dinner with wine. After dinner the Bar will be open.
