Nina Thompson is an HR professional educated to masters level, with an MSc in Management with Human Resources Management from the University of Bath. She has been working in the human resources field for over 20 years with the majority of her HR experience in the higher education sector. Nina has over a decade of experience working in senior HR positions within the Oxford University collegiate environment. She also has experience working as an HR consultant, offering professional advice and coaching to leaders of private organisations and charities. In addition to her HR role, Nina is a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor where she works with a number of long and short-term clients. She has a passion for people related matters and making a positive impact both within her HR and private counselling work.
