BA, MA, MSt, DPhil
I teach Early Modern Christianity, the history and theology of the Church from the fifteenth to the seventeenth centuries.
My research interests focus on the English Reformation. Before coming to Oriel I read History at St John’s College, Durham, and Christ Church, and Theology at Wycliffe Hall.
As Chaplain of Oriel I pray for the College and support the wellbeing of all its members. I am particularly responsible for the spiritual life of the community. I am always happy to listen and talk about any matter in complete confidence.
