Open Days and Q&As

Open Days 2022

We're delighted to welcome students back for in-person Open Days, which this year will take place on Wednesday 29th and Thursday 30th June and on Friday 16th September. All are welcome to come and take a look around Oriel, and we encourage you to book a space before you visit via our online form.


9am-9.45am: Early bird talk with the Tutor for Admissions and Q&A session with current students (repeated at 12.30) in the Harris Lecture Theatre.

10am-12 noon: Tours of College with current students. Faculties and Departments will be hosting events - consult the University's Open Day Guide for information.

12.30pm - 1.15pm: Talk with the Tutor for Admissions and Q&A session with current students in the Harris Lecture Theatre.

1.30pm - 2pm: Students - meet with subject tutors in their rooms (see published list below). Parents/teachers - refreshments in Hall

2.30pm - 5pm: Tours of College with current students and refreshments in Hall.

Meet the Tutor sessions will take place between 1.30pm-2pm on both Wednesday 29th and Thursday 30th June. If you would like to attend a session, please book a space via our online booking form above.

Overnight Accommodation

There are no further rooms available for booking at Oriel College. Accomodation was on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have any questions please get in touch with Mr Patrick Holmes (Admissions Officer) via:

Virtual Tour
