Salary: £30,145 – £36,337 (upper band 5)
Hours of work: (full-time, 36.5 hours p/w)
This is a new position reporting to the Academic Registrar and the Senior Tutor. The successful candidate will provide administrative support and generalist HR advice relating to all aspects of the employee life cycle for academic staff.
The position will involve setting up new processes and procedures and the successful candidate will therefore need to demonstrate that they have strong administrative skills.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 year’s previous HR experience preferably within an academic environment. A CIPD qualification is desirable.
