Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum, dependant on experience
Hours of work: (full-time, 36.5 hours per week)
Are you keen to use your audio visual (AV) skills to support the friendly community of students, staff and visitors at Oriel College? Located in beautiful surroundings in the heart of Oxford, you will provide exceptional AV technical support to a variety of activities, including meetings, lectures, conferences and other events.
No two days will be the same! You will be required to provide creative and well considered AV solutions in many different settings, while using your excellent troubleshooting skills and AV knowledge to diagnose and fix any technical issues that arise. Your cool, calm approach to customer service will be grounded in diplomatic communication skills and a flexible, organised approach to work. You will ideally have prior experience in a customer focused AV support environment with a good general working knowledge of AV systems.
This appointment will be subject to the satisfactory provision of proof of the right to work in the UK which must be demonstrated at interview.
