Information for College members
The modern collections of the library are aimed towards the undergraduate and postgraduate members of the college. They are not normally available to members of other colleges.
Information for visiting readers
The historic collections of the library are available, by appointment only, to bona fide scholars from all over the world. The medieval manuscripts belonging to Oriel are housed in the Bodleian Library.
N.B. Only members of Oriel College are allowed to use the Library without an appointment with the Librarian
