Unfortunately, the College does not have its own car park, although car parking for any disabled guests can be made available by prior arrangement. Vehicles may also be brought in temporarily to deliver equipment. There are several city centre parking areas nearby, and Oxford also has a number of park-and-ride services. For information about these, please click here.
Confirmation of an event requires a completed booking form (which includes acceptances of our terms and conditions) along with a deposit payment. After the event, the remaining cost will be invoiced within 30 days. You can download our Agreement for Events and Other Services, which includes our full terms and conditions, which you can download at the bottom of the page.
The venue hire fees cover the cost of hiring the room, as well as the cost of AV equipment and IT Support during office hours. All hired items are subject to VAT.
In order to qualify for a VAT exemption you need to fill in one of our VAT Declaration Eligibility forms. Once this is complete and returned to the Events team we will be able to advise if you qualify for a VAT exemption. You can download our VAT exemption form via the links at the bottom of the page.
